number and Password from unauthorized use. Once your ID card(s) are delivered to you, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged. Relacement or extra cards are available for a fee of $5.00 per card.

information, User I.D. number or Password.
Medicfile.net assumes no responsibility for any information in your Medicfile.net profile, it is the sole responsibility of the subscriber to supply and maintain complete and accurate information on their Medicfile.net profile.

If you do not wish to receive e-mail messages about Medicfile.net products or services you can opt-out of any future mailings by replying to an e-mail and changing the subject line to "Unsubscribe".
Renewals & Refunds
Medicfile.net believes in secure eCommerce and will provide a 30 day money back guarantee for our service bought online. In order to be eligible for a money back guarantee we must be notified with in 30 days of purchase and we can only refund money paid minus a $10.00 administration fee.
Your contract with Medicfile.net is for the period of your service subscription. If it is not terminated for an acceptable reason agreed to by Medicfile.net then it automatically renews for the next subscription period on each anniversary of you agreeing to its terms (i.e. the date you made your subscription). If you wish to terminate your subscription you should give us written notice at least 30 days before the annual renewal date of your contract with us and contact your financial institution to cancel your subscription service with Medicfile.net. If you fail to send us this notice of termination and contact your financial institution your subscription is automatically renewed and you shall become liable for the next subscription fee in full, within the discretion of Medicfile.net Management.
